Meet Holly Kilgower

Holly Kilgower has been a dedicated yoga teacher for three years, having trained at the renowned Byron Bay Yoga Centre.

Her journey into yoga teaching began with a two-week intensive course that set the foundation for her future aspirations.

Holly always envisioned bringing the benefits of yoga to her hometown, enriching the local community with wonderful activities that promote well-being.

The Essence of Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga, the style Holly specialises in, is all about balancing the body and mind.

The word 'Hatha' itself is derived from the Sanskrit words 'Ha' (sun) and 'Tha' (moon), symbolising the union of opposites.

This practice involves slower, more static postures, focusing on deliberate movements and breath control to achieve harmony within oneself.

Holly’s classes are designed to help you find that balance, offering a peaceful space where you can reconnect with your inner self.
