Gippslander’s wanting to find out more about offshore wind projects in the region can meet the developers involved at four information events in November.
At events in Seaspray, Foster, Traralgon and Yarram, locals will be able to find out about the next steps of the proposed projects, see maps, share feedback, and ask questions.
The events are an opportunity to learn more about offshore wind energy, upcoming project plans, long-term opportunities and to share feedback.
Government agencies VicGrid, Offshore Wind Energy Victoria and the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water will also be there to answer questions about transmission and energy plans.
